Just want to give a heads up our order 530432601 was supposed to have an almond chicken full order but instead of that it was a wrong dish - some grilled chicken mushroom celery pea dish instead :( (moo goo gai pan maybe?) - my wife was rather sad and she’s been searching for an authentic almond chicken in Orlando for awhile. :(

Ordered and paid online for food to be delivered but it never showed up. An hour and a half later, after several attempts to call the restaurant, I drove by the location and saw that it was closed. There is no information online about the closure and my money was still taken even though I never received my order.
How do I go about getting a refund?

I hope you are doing ok. I tried ordering but you have been closed. I wanted to make sure you had some business during this ordeal. You are by far my favorite Chinese restaurant. I can't wait to order your Cantonese egg rolls again.
